Save the web to MDDock
Turn any web page into a Markdown note in your local vault, with one click. The page is converted on your machine; nothing is sent to the cloud.
Drag the purple button to your browser's bookmarks bar. If dragging doesn't work, use Copy code and create a bookmark manually.
Add the button to your browser's bookmarks bar while MDDock desktop is open.
Open the article, recipe, or reference you want to keep.
The page becomes a Markdown file in your vault's inbox/captured/ folder.
The capture sends the page URL, title, and your selected text. When possible, it also sends the full HTML so MDDock can convert the article locally. Cookies and credentials never leave your machine.
You must authorize each website in MDDock desktop settings before captures are accepted.
